      Is this good for that annoying pouch that females can never get rid of? Also is this just a muscle building exercise or will this help you loose inches and fat also? My abs are strong just covered with untoned skin and possibly a bit of chub, but i’m not like heavy.

      @InPursuitOfKnowledge great comment…what will help to keep your lower back into the floor and abs engaged is to tilt the pelvis up. If this does not work, place a small towel or cushion underneath the small of your back…~ahmad

      I have a question for you, when doing leg raises is it normal for you lower back to arch, I read somewhere that it’s best to keep your back flat b/c then you’re Really working out the lower abs. But the problem is, every time I start out, I am good, posture is perfect but as my feet get closer to the ground my back arches, I just don’t know if something is off in technique.. please respond :) Thank you

      I’m going to start trying this in two weeks cuz I have another full ab workout I’m trying to do. I’ve always been able to get my top four, but never the bottom, so if this doesn’t work, then I’m trying yours to see if it really works =)
