Your awesome! Just started atkins last Saturday, so its been a week and 2 almost 3 days. Thank you so much for your videos! Atkins is the only one I’m NOT hungry on. Low fat diets have me starving, they always have.
Dr. Atkins has a recipe for rolls called Revolution Rolls. These are great for sandwhiches. They are made from eggs and cream cheese. There is a blogger (Cleochatra) who has altered the recipe by upping the amount of cream cheese. Do a google search on “Revoloopsie Rolls”. Chicken salad on these rolls makes a wonderful lunch.
Yes! If you have a fridge/freezer at work, it’s very easy. I bring frozen veggies, like broccoli and frozen pre-portioned cooked meat, like grilled chicken breast, pork, beef, etc and keep it in the freezer. I also bring a bag of salad mix and keep that and some salad dressing in the fridge. I also like tuna & mayo on celery sticks. For snacks, I bring protein shakes, sugar free jello, almonds or walnuts, Bran crispbread crackers, butter & Walden Farms 0 cal jelly. Hope that helps!

I think what you’re doing and the way you’re sharing it is fantastic!
I’d just like to remind people that on any high protein diet it is vital to maintain a high water intake to avoid damaging your kidneys.
Keep up the good work!
Your vids are an inspiration.
Thank you for your time on these!
George Stella weighed 467 pounds, not 600.
